Now, they need a dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee their distribution operations and lead their team to success! What You’ll Be Doing: • Stock Management – Maintain accuracy and efficiency in inventory control. • Warehouse Staff Leadership – Guide, mentor, and manage the warehouse team. • Monthly Stock Takes – Ensure precise stock counts and accountability. • Client ETA Management – Keep customers informed with accurate delivery timelines. • Project Logger Oversight – Monitor and manage security equipment projects. • Inter-Branch Transfers – Coordinate seamless stock movement across branches. • Repairs & Exchanges – Ensure quick turnaround times for customer needs. • Divergent Stock Control – Investigate and manage stock discrepancies. • Departmental Reporting – Deliver clear and effective monthly reports. What You’ll Need to Succeed: • Certificate/Diploma in Warehouse or Logistics Management. • 5+ years’ experience in a distribution warehouse environment. • 5+ years’ experience managing staff in a fast-moving operation. • ERP Software proficiency (Sage Evolution or similar). • Strong interpersonal, administrative, and multitasking skills.
