Our finance recruitment desk is currently recruiting for a Junior Bookkeeper.   Our client is a niche credit provider with a focus on property secured and development finance in the major metropoles of South Africa.

Location:  Cape Town, Southern Suburbs

Core responsibilities include:

• Recording transactions.
• Maintaining ledgers.
• Reconciling accounts.
• Assisting with reporting.
• Invoice processing.

Requirements:

• Relevant financial qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to fund or asset management industry advantageous.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience in Pastel.
