Decription: | An exciting opportunity exists for a National Training Administrator with our client a leading national property group. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive individual with strong administrative and coordination skills. You’ll be responsible for supporting national training operations, ensuring learners are managed efficiently, and training standards and deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: Training Administration & Communication General administrative support to the Training Department Typing, record-keeping, and minute-taking for departmental meetings Maintain and update mailing lists and daily staff lists Manage the ticketed Training email account with a 24-hour response time Distribute internal training communications within set timelines Handle training-related calls and escalate when necessary Course Registration & Learner Management Register candidates for online courses and notify unsuccessful applicants Create and manage WhatsApp support groups Coordinate with facilitators for grade capturing and result updates Send SMS course confirmations and bulk updates Provide support during online webinars Online Training Coordination Track attendance using Zoom reports and revoke access for non-attendees Monitor learner progress on the Learning portal Co-host orientation and final course webinars Assessments & Certification Send exam results and SPC fieldwork within set deadlines Moderate and finalise SPC fieldwork assessments Issue course certificates Financial Administration Reconcile payments and liaise with Accounts for credit notes Submit payment requisitions through internal systems (e.g., KissFlow) System Management Update course history and statutory qualifications on learner profiles Coordinate with IT for signature updates and access requests Compliance & Reporting Collaborate with Compliance to ensure training completion Compile annual training calendars and WSP data Maintain the National Training & Events Calendar General Support Assist with training events and ad-hoc administrative tasks Provide switchboard relief as needed |

General Requirements: | Matric/Grade 12 2–3 years of administrative experience (preferably in training or education) Strong MS Office proficiency Track record of meeting tight deadlines Desirable Experience: Training coordination or experience in adult learning environments Familiarity with NQF and SETA requirements Financial administration and LMS exposure Experience in multi-location or franchised businesses Key Competencies: Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Clear and professional communicator (verbal and written) Skilled in Zoom, WhatsApp, and LMS platforms Strong customer service skills with a calm, empathetic, and diplomatic approach High emotional intelligence and discretion Proactive, independent worker with team collaboration ability |
