| General Requirements: | Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date. • Process Sales Orders/Picking slips and sending invoices to customers. • Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the Tax Invoice. • Liaising with the dispatch department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time. • Initiating new procedures for Invoicing. • Processing Stock stake data sheets on the system. • Preparing COA and MSDS for Goods before dispatch. • Process and Print Chemical Labels. • Processing courier Invoices If you have above-mentioned experience, please forward your cv to Cvs4micky@therecruiters.co.za |
